New images from "Rapunzel Unbraided"

The wonderful images from Walt Disney Pictures' new CGI animated movie (coming in November 2008) show the main character Claire, wich will be "Rapunzel Unbraided". Vincent, another character revealed will be the prince who tries to rescue Rapunzel from her tower.

Here are two pieces of comic art I did a few years ago. The left image is a character out of a series drawn in 2003. When I drew that one I tried do put the focus on the strong lines. I wanted to character to be as simple as possible, just adding a few details to it and wanted it to feel calm, yet strong. On the right is a drawing from 2004. I drew it without any attention, just wanted to have a funny character with schizophrenia. Both drawings are done with pencil, later I have re-drawn them with Corel and colored them. Unfortunately the quality isn't the best... I hope you don't mind ;)
